Procedure:

1. Make sure that the biosimulation is running and that there are no RNA sequences in the 'RNA sequence' box.
2. Carefully type in the following RNA sequence
   UUUUGUGCAAUGCGACCG
3. If your sequence is not exactly as it appears here, use the mouse to position the cursor over the sequence and edit the mistake(s) until the mRNA is correct.
4. Click on the 'Translate' button.
5. The following polypeptide sequence will appear.
   -phe-cys-ala-met-arg-pro-
6. If you see these six amino acids in this sequence - it is time to begin the mutation of the mRNA.
7. If you have made any mistakes correct them now, and keep trying until you see the proper polypeptide sequence.
8. In your notes, record the codons and the polypeptide sequence.
