Phase One

In Phase One of the Master Plan the Plaza Building is removed. The Plaza Building was one of the last buildings constructed on the campus and has a number of defects. Removing this building would ease the considerable repair budget, open and unify the campus visually and functionally, and allow resoration to take place on the Roosevelt Building. Removing the decaying Plaza Building is a critical first phase in the revitalization of the campus.
