Welcome to the new WebSIMS system that provides on-line access to a variety
of student records functions. With WebSIMS, you can use your web browser to:
- Check Course Availability
- Check Your Financial
Aid
- Change Your SIMS
PIN Number or Personal Information ( which includes e-mail address)
- File for Graduation
- Pay BC Bills and
Fees by Credit Card

- Request an Official
Bill
- Request Official
Grade Letters
- View Your Billing
and Financial Aid Information
- View Your Current
Schedule
- View Your Transcript
and Grades

WebSIMS
is designed to be viewed at a screen resolution of at least 800x600,
although a resolution such as 1024x768 or higher will also work. Note
that many screens require scrolling down or from side to side
to view additional information!
When
registering or adjusting your course schedule you must use
the SUBMIT button to make your request effective and
you must use the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button to finalize
your registration activity. If you exit before using these
functions, your requests will NOT be effective. Do
NOT use the browser BACK button - there are
icons on each screen to exit or return to other menus.
IMPORTANT! After you click Submit to add, drop, or take/replace any course, you must wait until both the top and bottom screens completely refresh before continuing. Until then, please be patient and do not click any additional buttons, or you may interrupt the program and receive an error message. Your changes are being processed (even though the screen may not immediately reflect this) and will be displayed in 15 to 20 seconds.
Please
note that for your protection there is a time limit on your
session. If you get a timeout message just resign on again.
