Summer 2004

The Form-A reports are the official enrollment reports of the College. The Form-A reports exclude permit-in students and senior citizens, and are applied only during the Fall and Spring semesters. During the summer semester, permit-in students are counted but permit-out students are not. These rules are set by the University and apply to student headcount. The Form-A Enrollment reports are created from the official Show Registration file which comes from data in SIMS. The Official Show Registration file is based on enrollment 21 calendar days after the first day of classes for the Fall and Spring semesters and is submitted on the 35th day of the semester.

Summer 2004 Enrollment Reports:

Summer 2004 Enrollment By Session

These reports distinguish between summer session I and summer session II enrollment.

The first three reports distinguish between students who registered for summer session I only, summer session II only, and both summer session I and II. Each category is mutually exclusive and if they are totaled, the result will equal overall summer session enrollment.

The fourth and fifth report review each summer session separately. To reconcile to overall summer session headcount, you must subtract headcount enrollment from chart 3 to adjust for students who registered for both sessions (and are therefore counted as enrollment in both). For credit hours and FTE, you can add the information from both reports to reconcile to overall summer session information.
