Spring 2006
The Form-A reports are the official enrollment reports of the College. The Form-A reports exclude permit-in students and senior citizens, and are applied only during the Fall and Spring semesters. During the summer semester, permit-in students are counted but permit-out students are not. These rules are set by the University and apply to student seatcount. The Form-A Enrollment reports are created from the official Show Registration file which comes from data in SIMS. The Official Show Registration file is based on enrollment 21 calendar days after the first day of classes for the Fall and Spring semesters and is submitted on the 35th day of the semester.
Note: Items followed with ':' are expandable lists; the rest of the items link directly to .pdf files.
