OTPS Management
As a result of the successes in the Financial Management area, the Office of the AVP for Finance, Budget, and Planning / Comptroller has begun to implement new initiatives in the OTPS Management area to improve the services available to the campus community through the Offices of Purchasing and Accounts Payable. The campus was engaged in several focus groups with members from both offices. Building on the feedback from these focus groups there are several exciting new initiatives in place:
- The Staples process for ordering office supplies—with next day service and large discounts
- The design of new PDF forms that are easier to use and understand
- The redesign of the Travel process
In that improvement is an ongoing process, we will continue to strive to make our processes better. We look forward to your feedback and suggestions.
