A. Emergencies are defined as any event that would cause harm to students, staff and operation of the campus.

Q. How do I get a repair done?
A. By filling out a Work Request form.
Work Request forms are for repairs (i.e. replacement of light bulb), Event set-ups, Furniture and Equipment moves and Custodial Requests of a non-emergency nature. Please go to the section “What is a Work Request” for further information.

Q. If I experienced a water leak in my room, who do I contact?

Q. How do I request a need or propose a project that is other than a repair?
A. Please go to “Propose a project”.

Q. If I wish to hold an outdoor event for my class or any other event and require a table and chairs among other things, who do I contact?
A. For tables and chairs you must fill out a Work Request (see “What is a Work Request”). You are responsible for making arrangements for all other items such as electricity, backgrounds, etc.
