Savings Bond Program

The Office of the State Comptroller has contracted with the National Bond and Trust Company (NBT) to handle the administration, processing and issuance of U.S. Savings Bonds through payroll deduction.

You may enroll or make changes to Bond deduction amounts by calling NBT toll free at 1-800-426-9314 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. All questions about the Bond program issued by NBT should be directed to NBT at the toll free number. NBT will issue and mail all Bonds on a monthly basis.
