Medicare Prescrption Coverage

By now you have all heard about the Medicare Part D. Your welfare fund has sent information to you regarding these programs. Please be aware that as a BC retiree most times your welfare fund provide prescription coverage that is more generous than the coverage under the new Medicare Prescription Drug Program. This means that most BC retirees do not need to enroll in the Medicare Prescription Drug Program and incur any additional cost.
