About Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF)  This
PDF icon indicates that a document was saved in the Adobe Portable Document
Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you need
the Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader
enables users of major computing platforms to view and print any PDF document.
Platforms include Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 3.1, Macintosh, DOS,
and UNIX. Acrobat Reader is available free from Adobe at this location:
Many web browsers can be setup to use Acrobat Reader as a "helper application". Then the web browsers, like Internet Explorer and Netcape Navigator, will be able to automatically launch Acrobat Reader when you select a PDF document. Once the document is opened in Acrobat Reader, you can view and print the document. If you prefer, you can save it to your hard drive and view or print it later.
