2007 Annual
Toy
Drive
For the "13th Consecutive Year", the Public Safety Officers of the Campus and Community Safety Services Department will be holding a Toy Drive to benefit children in need for the Holidays. This year however, we will not be visiting a local hospital as we did in the past. The reason for this is that the hospitals have changed their procedures and regulations as far as what can be donated and how the items can be given to the children. Rather than doing away with the program, this year we will be assisting the U.S. Marine Corps in their "Annual Toys for Tots Campaign".
Anyone wishing to donate a toy for this event are requested to drop them off at our office, 0202 Ingersoll Hall prior to December 14th. The toys must be new and can not be gift wrapped. We will then deliver the toys to the Marine Corps designated location.
The Office of Campus and Community Safety Services would like to take this opportunity to wish all members of the campus community and their families a Healthy and Safe Holiday Season.
