BC/WebMail

You can utilize campus WebMail with an Internet connection anywhere. The program is allows you to easily access and manage your e-mail.

LOGGING IN

All sessions begin at the Login screen. Before you can use any of the webmail features, you must connect to your e-mail account using the username and password assigned to you by your e-mail administrator.

The interface is intuitive for anyone familiar with common e-mail features. You may click the New User Introduction link on the main page prior to logging in, for a primer on the specifics of the webmail program.

1. On your Internet Browser, go to: http://webmail.brooklyn.cuny.edu
2. Enter Username
3. Enter Password
4. Click [Login]
5. Click [Logout] when you are ready to end your session

   Example:

   Username: bcnet\jsmith
   Password: ********

Notes

• Remember that bcnet\ must precede your username just as you see it in the example. It is the mail server for BC WebMail.
• Your password is case-sensitive and must be entered just as it was created.
• New accounts sometimes require a short wait before activation.
