The Help Desk Works for You!

This past year the Help Desk began sending out "rating" postcards to BC users after support visits. Each card asked eight yes/no questions (with a NO response indicating a problem).

Of 454 cards distributed, 159 were returned to ITS. Users marked a negative rating in only 24 instances - less than 1% of the responses! ITS is proud that your responses indicate a 99.9% satisfaction rate with our service and support!

We urge all our users to complete the postcards to let us know when we're meeting your expectations and also when we need to improve.

Graduate Applications On-line:

Graduate students can now apply on-line at: http://websql.brooklyn.cuny.edu/webreg/webreg.htm

Although letters of recommendation must still be mailed in, the rest of the process can be completed on-line. If students aren't able to finish the application in one sitting, they can save their information and finish the process later.
