In ITS

• Andrey Postoyanets, Client Server/Database Programmer
  Andrey is part of the team of ITS programmers who create new applications that improve life for everyone at BC. Thus far he has helped to create eGrade, Student & Staff e-Mail Announcements, and the Honors College Online Application. Andrey also installs SALI for faculty and staff upon request. (See Acronyms That Spell Better Administration, Page 5.)




• Don Nixon, Network Technician
  Don joins the Network team to help maintain our network systems. He is responsible for efficient technology operations in both the ITS Network Control Center and the main equipment closets on each floor of all our campus buildings.
  



• Richard Klein, Network Title III Project Coordinator
  Richard joins ITS to develop and oversee the Student Web Portal, in which every conceivable college-related task-from viewing grades to registering to billing information and student advising-will be available with the click of a mouse.
  

In Telecommunications

• Natasha Morgan, Coordinator
  Natasha joins BC as the new Telecommunications Operations Manager. She’ll be responsible for all administrative aspects of the department.



• John Lucchese, Technician
  John is responsible for daily telecommunications operations, including repairs, installation and voice mail. Currently, he is also responsible for maintaining our new telephone system.
