Brooklyn College Alumni Chapter Gathers in Newport Beach

Brooklyn, N.Y. -- The Los Angeles/Southern California Chapter of the Brooklyn College Alumni Association will gather for a bus trip to Newport Beach on Sunday, August 20. A chartered bus will depart from the Fashion Square parking lot in Sherman Oaks, at 9:00 a.m. A second chartered bus will depart from AAA Auto Club parking lot at 4512 Sepulveda Boulevard, in Culver City, at 9:30 a.m.
The event will feature a tour of Roger's Garden followed by a trip to the Fashion Island Shopping Center for shopping and lunch. Afterwards, a visit to the Newport Beach area will include stops at The Pier, Fun Area of Balboa Island, and Dory Fleet.
A donation of $15 per person is requested. The proceeds will support the Marcus and Liff Scholarships for Disabled and Physically Challenged Students at Brooklyn College.
