To all members of the Brooklyn College Community:

The Mayor's Advisory Task Force on the City University of New York is holding public forums at Hunter College on January 5 and 6. In order to allow all members of the Brooklyn College community to participate in these meetings we are providing you with a copy of the following notice:

NOTICE

The Mayor's Advisory Task Force on the City University of New York will hold forums on Tuesday, January 5, and Wednesday, January 6, 1999, at Hunter College, North Building, Assembly Hall, First Floor, from 2 to 7 p.m. The Task Force welcomes comments on the following:

Governance
Admissions Standards
Remediation
Funding
Mission Differentiation
Testing
Resource Allocation

Those wishing to speak at the public forum will be asked to sign in on the day of the meeting. Speakers will be asked to note the topic(s) they intend to address. In order to accommodate the number of people anticipated, individual remarks will be limited to five minutes.

The Task Force also welcomes written comments. These may be brought to the meetings, mailed to the address above, or communicated by e-mail to: cunytaskforce@hotmail.com. Please submit all comments by January 6, 1999.
