A talk by Professor Robert Bell, chairperson of the Department of Economics. Presented by the BC Sustainability Roundtable and the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Studies.

Professor Bell is the author of The Green Bubble-Waste into Wealth: The New Energy Revolution, published in Paris in 2007 as La Bulle Verte. (Review a PDF)
Prof. Bell was a featured speaker at the Fast 50 awards ceremony at the Paris Bourse (stock exchange), and the inaugural speaker at the 2007 annual conference of the HEC-Deloitte Endowed Chair of Energy and Finance in Paris.
