The Don Quijote Annual Leadership Award is presented by the “Encuentro” Brooklyn College Comité Noviembre to an individual or organization that has made a significant and positive contribution to raising awareness in the Latino community and beyond about the lives, struggles, and achievements of Latinos in the U.S. and the world.
