Composer’s Concert
at the Whitman Auditorium
“That was very good,” conductor George Rothman told the BC orchestra’s string section during the rehearsal of the second movement of Camila Milan’s Urban Symphony. Rothman, an associate professor at the BC Conservatory of Music then added: “Please don’t play any louder – you are like clouds, just drifting by, softly.”
Monday night at 7:00 pm, the BC Conservatory of Music is presenting pieces by three composers in residence, including Milan’s. Make sure not to miss it.
