Vice President Steve Little's report on immediate capital projects.

• James Hall roof replacement is slated to begin in October. It is scheduled to be finished by the end of winter.
• West Quad Building is scheduled to be completed in December. Relocation of the sports facilities will start at the end of January 2009.
• Classrooms/office space: 77 classrooms renovated; all Whitehead Hall chalk boards upgraded; completed renovation of four new laboratories.
• Student residence hall: Will be open for the Fall 2009 session.
