Gideonse Library
GIDEONSE LIBRARY. The present LIBRARY was constructed as an annex to La Guardia Hall. It was opened in 1959. The name library, by
definition, means a place set apart to contain books and other material for reading, study, or reference. In addition to
a collection of more than 800,000 items, which are available to the faculty and students, this complex provides many
associated auxiliary services including the Audiovisual Center.
