AMST 3308 Indigenous History of the Americas
3 hours; 3 credits
Selected aspects of Indigenous History from the entire American continent starting from Pre-Columbian eras to the present. May include studies of North American peoples, Meso-American and Andean civilizations and other peoples based in South America and the Caribbean. Topics may include social, political and religious formation, warfare, the environment, and resistance and assimilation with European invading groups. This course is the same as HIST 3374.
