Study of bacteria, molds, and yeasts in relation to human welfare. (Does not count towards the major in biology.)
Prerequisite: Biology 1002 or both Biology *1080  and 1081 P, and permission of the chairperson of Biology or Health and Nutrition.
Prerequisite or corequisite: Biology 3003 .
