ENGL 1002 English Composition B
3 hours and conference; 1½ credits
Continuation of English 1001 [1.11]. More extensive study of expository writing. Continued emphasis on writing as a process: invention, revision, editing. (Not open to students who are enrolled in or who have completed English 1010 . Students may not receive credit for both English 1010  and English 1002 [1.12].)
Prerequisite: Students must receive a grade of C- or above in English 1001 [1.11] to be permitted to enroll in English 1002 [1.12]. Students must pass English 1002 [1.12] with a grade of C- or higher to be credited with a course equivalent to English 1010 .
