Applied training in history at historical sites other than archives specifically associated with the Brooklyn College Minor in Archival Studies and Community Documentation (ASCD). Internships at off-site institutions that allow for supervised projects in museum management, historical exhibit creation, oral history, and collection development. Supervision by a full-time faculty member of the Brooklyn College History Department and the cooperating institution required.
Prerequisite: Core Curriculum 1220 [2.2] or History 3005, History 2001W, and permission of the instructor, the chair of the History Department, and the cooperating institution.
