MVMT *+1100 Fitness and Conditioning

2 hours; 2 credits

This course will provide students with opportunities to develop introductory knowledge and experience in Fitness and Conditioning concepts. This includes developing and maintaining muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and healthy body composition. Best practices for weight management through self-assessment are discussed.
