MVMT *+1101 Aerobic Training
2 hours; 2 credits
This course will provide students with opportunities to develop introductory knowledge and experience in aerobic training concepts. This includes walking, jogging, running, use of fitness machines, interval training, and HIIT cardio. Students will practice goal-setting and self-assessment, participate in a variety of station activities with jump ropes, fitness bands, bikes and free weights.
