MVMT *+1102 Weight/Resistance Training

2 hours; 2 credits

This course will provide students with opportunities to develop introductory knowledge and experience in Weight/Resistance training concepts. This includes drop sets, supersets, interval training, and progressive overload. Students will be utilizing a variety of free weight and weight machines.
