MVMT *+2500 Personal Fitness, Health & Wellness

3 hours; 3 credits

This course is designed to educate students about various aspects of personal fitness, health, and wellness. Topics will include health and skill related fitness concepts and activities; components of wellness; goal setting, decision making and self-assessment regarding personal health habits; health risk factors and behavior change; injury prevention and safety. The course will provide students with information needed to lead a healthier life going forward.
