EESC 3300 Invertebrate Paleontology

2 hours lecture, 2 hours laboratory; 3 credits

Paleobiology, paleoecology, classification, and biostratigraphy of fossil invertebrates. Laboratory work in collection, identification, and preparation techniques. Includes one or more field trips.

Prerequisite: Earth and Environmental Sciences 1101 ; or Biology 1001 and Core Curriculum 1332 or Earth and Environmental Sciences 1010; or permission of the instructor.
