SEED 4200 Physiology of Exercise
3 hours lecture; 3 credits
Study of body systems and organs during physical activity with emphasis on metabolic, cardio respiratory, and body composition parameters. Laboratory experiences employing physiological principles during active participation in exercise are also included. A minimum grade of C is required of Physical Education majors for this course. Not open to students who have taken KINS 4200W.
Pre-requisite for Physical Education students: Kinesiology or SEED 3001 Anatomy and Physiology for Physical Education, with a minimum grade of C.
