The Foods and Nutrition minor provides students with foundation knowledge in nutrition science and food studies emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. Career opportunities that are complemented by a foods and nutrition minor include education, exercise science, anthropology, public health, health sciences, psychology and communications.
