Supporting Documents for Matriculation:
Submit the following documents to the Office of Graduate Admissions:
1. 60 or more credits from the Brooklyn College School Psychologist Graduate or the School Counseling Graduate Programs, or 60 or more credits from an accredited school counseling (CACREP/ MPCAC) or school psychology (NASP) graduate program outside of Brooklyn College.
2. Transcripts from all colleges/universities attended (applicants who earned a bachelor's degree outside the United States need to submit a 'Course by Course International Transcript Evaluation.' http://www.brooklyn.cuny.edu/web/admissions/graduate/apply/documents.php)
3. Minimum graduate GPA of 3.5; Minimum undergraduate GPA 3.0
4. Two (2) letters of recommendation: 1 letter of recommendation from a faculty member in your graduate program familiar with your academic abilities, and 1 letter of recommendation from your current work supervisor or a fieldwork supervisor familiar with your professional abilities.

6. Statement of Purpose: Please explain why you want to seek the MHC AC and obtain licensure as a MHC. Discuss your background and training so far, and why the MHC degree and licensure will complement your education and career objectives.
7. Interview
REQUIRED TESTS:
I. F-1 or J-1 international students must submit English Proficiency Exam. TOEFL- 79, IELTS- 6.5, PTE- 58-63
