Innovative programs and cutting-edge knowledge place the department in the vanguard of educators at the university level. All programs prepare students for significant careers in their chosen field. Students choose from courses in every conceivable aspect of health and nutrition, from birth to old age. With the understanding that in the digital age information about health and nutrition is being developed and disseminated faster than ever before, all programs offer a framework in which to appraise and assess facts and theories and apply them for the benefit of all people.
