Tuition Payment Options

The Enrollment Services Center (ESC) wants you to know that paying your college tuition is not as difficult as you think! With our "one-stop shopping" located in the lobby of the West Quad Building, we will help you complete the entire process as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Getting Started

There are a wide variety of payment options available:

  • Pay Online
It is easy to pay your tuition online via the BC WebCentral Portal. You can pay by e-check or with a MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Please note: VISA card is not accepted. There is a non-refundable 2.65% convenience fee associated with the use of all credit or debit cards. Only full payment is accepted online.

  • Pay in Person
Come to the ESC, located in the lobby of the West Quad building, and visit the cashiering station.

  • Pay by Mail
If you wish to pay tuition by mail, obtain a copy of your bill at the ESC or by logging on to the BC WebCentral Portal, clicking the WebSIMS shortcut and downloading and printing a copy. Send a copy of your bill with a check or money order made payable to Brooklyn College to:

    Brooklyn College

Other Payment Options

  • Tuition Payment Plans
You may want to consider a tuition payment plan that allows you to spread out your tuition payments throughout the semester.  Payment plans are available through TuitionPay.  For more information on TuitionPay, call 866.267.CUNY.
    Important:
    • The plan is free for the Spring 2010 semester. Please visit the Tuition Payment Plan page for more information.
    • This plan is NOT available for Winter Intersession.

  • Apply for Financial Aid
Be sure to apply for as many types of aid as you may be eligible for—including loans, state grants and work-study—by filling out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and a Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) form. For additional information about available financial aid programs:
    • Undergraduate students, please click here.
    • Graduate students, please click here.

  • Apply for Scholarships
To apply for scholarships, please contact the Scholarships Office at 718.951.4796 or visit the office located in the 2nd floor of the West Quad Building.

Don’t Forget!

The College will no longer send a paper bill to your home. All bills are available online.

  • File your 2009-2010 FAFSA now. You must file your 2009-2010 FAFSA by May 1, 2009 in order for your aid to be appropriately applied by the payment deadlines for the upcoming semesters (summer 2009 and/or fall 2009).  If you don’t file by this date, your aid will still be processed for the year, but you risk not having it available at the time your tuition is due.
  • It’s important for you to check your registration and bill before the due date to ensure you do not have an outstanding balance. Check the Schedule of Classes for your payment due date. Failure to submit full payment can result in the cancellation of your courses.
