Our Mission
The Center for the Study of Brooklyn is based at Brooklyn College and is the first and only research institution devoted exclusively to the study of public affairs and policy issues in the borough. The Center’s director, staff and advisory board work with Brooklyn-based constituencies to provide access to relevant data and research, serve as a catalyst for critical change and promote inclusive civic engagement in Brooklyn.
