Program Details

Concentration in Health and Nutrition Sciences

The requirements for early childhood education teacher (birth-grade 2) and childhood education teacher (grades 1-6) programs are described in the "Education" section of the Undergraduate Bulletin. Students who major in either of these programs and who elect a concentration in health and nutrition sciences must complete at least 30 credits in the Health and Nutrition Sciences Department with a grade of C or higher in each course. Students must meet with a department adviser to declare their intention to complete this sequence.

Health and Nutrition Sciences 6.1. Health and Nutrition Sciences 25.1, or 29; 31; 37.

Five courses from the following: Health and Nutrition Sciences 2, 20, 21W, 26, 30, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42.5, 44, 47.

One of the following courses: Health and Nutrition Sciences 50, 55, 56, 57, 58.1, 59, 60.1, 66.
