| DESCRIPTION: | This enjoyable event features Professor Roseanne Schnoll of the Department of Health and Nutrition Sciences presenting a talk on the therapeutic properties of dark chocolate. Following the presentation join us in a chocolate tasting that you won't forget. Savor the great flavors of plain dark chocolates and dark chocolate with chili, bacon, mushrooms, and sea salt.
