| DESCRIPTION: | Brooklyn College will host this 2-day conference, highlighting community partnerships and learning. The conference will mark the beginning of a new decade with creative directions in education. The conference focuses on Brooklyn College's mission to be a "model citizen" in the borough. Faculty, students and administrators have been working deliberately over the past year to examine our relationship with the borough and to enhance our partnership with the community. Through the conference, we aim to: 1. shine a light on successful college-community partners 2. provide workshops for learning how to create these partnerships 3. connect students, faculty, and community partners interested in working together for a sustainable future. | ||
