| DESCRIPTION: | In 2000, George W. Bush won the State of Florida by less than 200 votes cast out of 6 million. Mathematically, it is conceivable that Bush actually lost the state of Florida, and thus a recount was necessary. However, the courts have long been suspicious of the mathematical arguments used. We will take a look at these arguments of why the courts object to them. | ||
