| DESCRIPTION: | BARRY E. HILL, Esq. Barry E. Hill, Esq. is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Environmental Law Institute focusing on international capacity-building training initiatives. Mr. Hill has also held high-level positions with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Department of the Interior and represented a wide range of individual, corporate, government and institutional clients. Mr. Hill is an alumnus of Brooklyn College where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. He received his M.A. in Political Science from Howard University and his J.D. from Cornell University Law School. He was also an Assistant D.A. in Brooklyn and the recipient of the American Bar Association’s “Award for Distinguished Achievement in Environmental Law and Policy”. | ||
