| TITLE: | Discuss your proposed CLAS Club Budget |
||
| DESCRIPTION: | To all CLAS Club Leaders: Please contact your Club Liaison to discuss your proposed CLAS Club Budget. A “Non-Binding” CLAS Budget for 07-08 will be on the agenda of the next BCA Budget Committee meeting on November 6th. The committee will consider all 3 parts (Club, Joint and Executive) of the CLAS Budget for recommendation to the BCA Board. Anyone wishing to present on the CLAS Budget issue must sign up with a Liaison in the Center for Student Development Room 302 Student Center, at least 24 hrs. prior to the start of the meeting. Only those organizations that submitted a budget request during the spring of 07 will be considered, if they choose to come forward. Each individual will be given one minute to address the committee. Liaisons will reach out to those organizations in question and advise them of the situation prior to them signing up to speak. Note—Committees may come forward to be heard, since they are not part of the budget request process. | ||
