| DESCRIPTION: | Join the LGBTA and Professor Paisley Currah for a workshop to kick of our new monthly Prisoner Pen Pal Project. We will watch the documentary film, "Cruel and Unusual" about the lives of transgender women incarcerated in men’s prisons. We will discuss how the criminal punishment system affects our communities and how writing letters to people who are currently in prison can help. | ||
