Sustaining Brooklyn - Energy for the Future: A Skills Building Conference |
| DESCRIPTION: |
Sustaining Brooklyn will provide information, skills, and resources necessary to establish a sustainable Brooklyn. Sustainability is critical to the future of Brooklyn. The conference’s community-focused and community-driven agenda will explore energy and fiscal conservation as well as community sustainability and preparedness.
Sustainability is the long-term social, economic, and environmental health of our community. It is our goal to strengthen Brooklyn by creating thriving and viable partnerships that support innovating, allocating, sharing and conserving community resources.
The We Are All Brooklyn Fellowship empowers diverse young leaders to become agents of change to strengthen Brooklyn. The conference was organized by WAAB Fellowship’s Leading By Organizing Committee.
