| DESCRIPTION: | Learn how to run for elected office. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to build your leadership skills and network with other women leaders! This daylong event aims to inspire, equip, and inform women to lead more effectively in their work, community, and politics. The training will focus on communications, fundraising, organizing, and other strategies needed to run for office. This is a national training program that engages local experts, public officials, current and former elected officials, and speakers to help train and share their experiences and stories of success. | ||
