COVID-19: Academic Continuity and Support
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) provides faculty with training and resources to convert classes from face to face to remote/online. As the semester progresses, the CTL will be continually updating its website with resources and information to support pedagogical challenges, in addition to the technical needs of remote teaching.

Who Are We?
Our office's primary areas of responsibility include:
- Academic oversight of faculty personnel matters (including promotion and tenure, leaves, and multiple positions);
- Departmental administration (including faculty workload reporting and compliance with college and university governance documents, and with the collective bargaining agreement);
- Serving as a liaison between academic departments and the college administration;
- Acting as an ombudsman for faculty;
- Faculty professional development, including the orientation of new faculty and of newly elected department chairs;
- Collection and analysis of college-wide data (including student course evaluations) related to the improvement of instruction at the college;
- Administrative support for the college's graduate faculty and students; and
- Implementation and administrative oversight of the university's Academic Integrity Policy.
