Authorized Signatories
To Update Signatories
Complete the Brooklyn College Non-Tax Signature Card Form (pdf) and indicate:
- Name of the account
- Account number
- Nature of the fund
- Department name
- Department extension
- Today's date
- Number of signatures that will be required to process the payment request
The signatories must each sign off and indicate their titles, extensions, and e-mail addresses.
Submit the original signature card to the Fiscal and Business Services Center.
To Create a New Account
E-mail the Fiscal and Business Services Center the information regarding the new account to be created.
Once the creation of the new account has been approved by the associate vice president for budget and planning and chief financial officer, complete the appropriate signature card.
The Fiscal and Business Services Center will e-mail the department the new account number.
Submit the original signature card to Fiscal and Business Services Center.
