Campus Access for Employees
In accordance with CUNY policy, all employees must meet the clearance and wellness process outlined below prior to gaining access to the Brooklyn College campus. There are no exceptions to the policy.
- Complete the Brooklyn College employee attestation form.
- Contact your division vice president or department chair with the details of your request.
- Complete the Everbridge daily wellness check within 12 hours prior to all approved visit times.
Digital ID - Essential Personnel
Important Information Regarding Employee Ongoing Access
Employees cleared for ongoing access will have an additional key icon on their Digital ID in BC Navigator indicating the level of ongoing access. Install the BC Navigator mobile app and show your Digital ID to the campus safety officer at the entrance gate to expedite access.
Safety "Musts"
- You must wear a face mask upon entering campus and whenever you cannot maintain at least six feet of distance from others while on campus. Consult the Brooklyn College face mask policy for more information.
- You must maintain a physical distance of at least six feet when indoors and gathering with individuals on campus.
- Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds; use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are unavailable.
