Zicklin Winter Fellows Information Session
The Scholarships Office will be holding an information session for the Zicklin Fellowship on Zoom on November 5, 2020, at 12:30 p.m. Register now.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about joining the meeting.
The Zicklin Scholars Degree Completion Program provides funding that will help undergraduate students complete their course work and aid in graduating.
Eligibility
- Full-time undergraduate sophomores, juniors, and seniors in good academic standing. (Students who are graduating in fall 2020 are ineligible.)
- Applicants must have filed a FAFSA.
- Applicants must not be eligible for a Pell Grant for this winter intersession.
- Students who have previously been awarded a Zicklin Fellowship are ineligible.
- Study abroad courses are not eligible.
Applications are due by November 16, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.
JK Watson Fellows Application Tips Webinars
The JK Watson Fellowship is a three-year program that provides unprecedented opportunities to remarkable first- and second-year students to further their personal, professional, and cultural growth.
Watson offers:
- Three paid internships in the United States and abroad that widen your view of the work world and new cultures.
- Annual funding of $6,000, $7,000, and $8,500.
- A Discovery Fund for further professional exploration.
- Guided mentorship from experienced professionals.
- A cohort of close-knit peers.
- A program of cultural events throughout New York City.
- A series of seminars that build skills and knowledge.
The JK Watson Foundation is hosting live webinars specifically focused on completing your application. They will review each of the three essays in detail, walk through sample answers, and answer your questions. You can attend on Tuesday, November 10, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., or Wednesday, November 11, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
