We are here to help!
The Office of Student Enrollment Advocacy is dedicated to making your enrollment experience seamless and successful. If you are encountering obstacles with admissions or enrollment—or with continuing your enrollment—contact our office, 302 West Quad Center, 718.951.5185. We will assist you by researching specific issues, whether they are administrative, financial, or procedural. We'll act as your liaison and work collaboratively with other departments in the Office of Enrollment Services and the college to arrive at a satisfactory solution.
In addition to regular business hours, the office is available through Live Chat during the following times:
Tuesday: 9–10 p.m.
Wednesday: 9–10 p.m.
Thursday: 9–10 p.m.
Sunday: 2–4 p.m.

These are just some of the questions that can be answered by an exciting online tool called Degree Progress. Through Degree Progress, you can view the classes you have taken, the classes in progress, and what classes you need to graduate. You can also explore "what if" scenarios, to view how course requirements would change if you changed your major or catalog year.
To visit Degree Works, please do the following:
- Visit the CUNY portal and log n to your CUNY portal account.
- Under applications/resources, click on “Student Advisement Degree Audit." You will be taken to your Degree Progress page.
